Manuer Tanker Special manuer pump Gübreser does not have a ‘vacuum pump’ as Gübreser is not a vacuum truck. Gübreser is a pump tanker and it has ‘rotary lobe pump’.We use the rotary lobe manure pumps as standart from Vogelsang, made in German. Being different from the typical pumps which can only pump the liquid part, it is able to pump the dense solid part of the manure as well.
It can transfer solid pieces up to 6 cm diameter and suck in cattle manure from pit that has a depth up to 8 meters. It can pump the manure to the land at 1 km distance directly through the hose or the pipe line. There are more than 30 different models that have varying capacities from 45m3/hour to 800 m3/hour and can serve for small or large farms.
Tanker Manure Shredder: There are many pieces like stones, stalks and straws in the liquid manure that are collected in the manure pit. The shredding unit (Rotacut) on the manure tanker shreds the fibrous materials such as the bale wire and straw.
In its ‘stone holder’, it separates the stone and metal pieces that are not possible to shred and hold them before they go into the tank. This stone catcher chamber should be periodically emptied and cleaned by opening the cap. We use the manure shredders as standart from Vogelsang, made in German.
Polyester based manure tanker: It is important that a manure tanker is lightweight since this lightness allows it to carry more manure compared to heavier ones that have the same shaft structure. The tankers that are lighter when empty, uses less diesel fuel during the transportation. Manure is a chemically corrosive liquid. The longevity of the tank increases if it doesn’t corrode in the long-term.
Therefore, we produce our tankers (polyester based ones) from composite material. In our day, the bodies of warplanes and yachts are produced using this technology. The body consists of 4 different layers. Our tanks that are more durable and much more resistant to corrosion compared to steel, weigh 50% lighter than steel and have composite frame structure. They can be fixed easily in case of any accident. Our tanks are life time guaranteed against manure acid.
